Poll: One in three Germans seek in-store advice, then buy online

Berlin (dpa) - About one in three German consumers has sought advice in a physical store but later bought the product online after comparing prices, a YouGov survey conducted for dpa found. This behaviour is rejected by nearly half of respondents, with 21% fully disapproving and 25% mostly disapproving.
