WINDHOEK, 17 AUG (NAMPA) – President Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah Sunday delivered her first address as Namibia’s Head of State at the 45th Ordinary Summit of the Southern African Development Community (SADC) Heads of State and Government in Madagascar, pledging unwavering commitment to the SADC goals of peace, integration and development.
