MOSCOW, August 12 (RIA Novosti) - British newspaper The Telegraph claims that Volodymyr Zelenskyy has softened his position on the issue of territories ahead of the Russia-US summit in Alaska and could agree to cede lands already controlled by Russia as part of a European-backed plan to end the fighting.
