OTJIWARONGO, 11 AUG (NAMPA) - Over 40 traditional leaders and their secretaries from the Otjozondjupa, Omaheke, Kunene and Erongo regions are attending a workshop in Otjiwarongo aimed at equipping them with the knowledge necessary to effectively fulfil their duties within the country’s legal framework and customary law.
