Putin Signs Law on Fines for Citizens for Disclosing State Secrets in Media

MOSCOW, July 31 (RIA Novosti) - Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a law imposing fines of up to 30,000 rubles ($373) for citizens for disclosing state secrets in the media, according to a document published on the legal acts portal on Thursday. Currently, the legislation provides for fines for the commission of this administrative offense only for legal entities. The signed law also imposes fines ranging from 20,000 rubles to 30,000 rub......
