MOSCOW, July 30 (RIA Novosti) - A magnitude 7.9 earthquake has hit off the coast of Kamchatka; a tsunami warning has been declared for Avacha Bay coast in the southeast of the Kamchatka Peninsula, Russian seismologists informed. The earthquake struck at 23:24 GMT on Tuesday. "Unconditional tsunami alert on the coast of Avacha Bay!" the Geophysical Service of the Russian Academy of Sciences said on social media.
