Omusati's agriculture sector sees significant growth

OUTAPI, 30 JUL (NAMPA) – Omusati Governor Immanuel Shikongo on Wednesday announced substantial progress in the region’s agriculture sector during his State of the Region Address for the 2024/25 financial year.
Speaking at Outapi, Shikongo said the Etunda Irrigation Scheme yielded 2 004 tonnes of maize, valued at N.dollars 13 million, from 230 hectares under production.
