MOSCOW, July 27 (RIA Novosti) - The first mpox-related death was recorded in Ghana on Sunday since the outbreak started in the West African country in May, the Modern Ghana news portal reported, citing the national health service. A total of 257 mpox cases have been recorded, with 145 recoveries, the report said. Cases have been registered in 14 out of Ghana's 16 administrative regions, the news portal said.
