Heavy rain delayed the start of the Belgian Grand Prix at Spa-Francorchamps on Sunday. A safety car led the formation lap before stewards announced the start of the 13th race of the season had been delayed. Visibility was at a minimum on the circuit with standing water also compounding the tricky conditions.
