A man has been handed an eight-month suspended jail term for trying to cycle cross the Tour de France finish line on stage 17 this week, the public prosecutor told AFP on Friday. The 30-year-old prankster attempted to ride across the finish line just minutes before the final sprint in Valence in southeastern France on Wednesday.
