WASHINGTON, July 25 (RIA Novosti) - The United States "hasn't had a lot of luck" throughout its tariff negotiations with Canada, US President Donald Trump said on Friday. "We haven't really had a lot of luck with Canada. I think Canada could be one where they'll just pay tariffs, not really a negotiation," Trump told reporters ahead of his trip to Scotland​​​....
