Russian Central Bank to Reduce Key Rate So as to Avoid Inflationary Spiral - Head

MOSCOW, July 25 (RIA Novosti) - The Central Bank of Russia will reduce the key rate so as to avoid an inflationary spiral, Governor Elvira Nabiullina said on Friday.
