Russia's Central Bank May Further Cut Key Rate or Keep at Same Level - Head

MOSCOW, July 25 (RIA Novosti) - Russia's Central Bank may either reduce the key rate by 1-2 percentage points or take a break, when making further decisions on it, Governor Elvira Nabiullina said on Friday. Earlier in the day, the regulator said that it had decided to reduce the key rate to 18% from 20% per annum.
