Sudan reports 1,307 new cholera cases within one week

KHARTOUM, July 22 (Xinhua) -- A total of 1,307 new cholera cases, including 18 deaths, were reported in Sudan over the past week, the Ministry of Health announced on Tuesday. "Between July 12 and 18, a total of 1,307 cholera cases were recorded, including 18 deaths, across 35 localities in 12 states," the ministry said in a statement.
