Brazil's financial market cuts 2025 inflation forecast

BRASILIA, July 21 (Xinhua) -- Brazil's financial market lowered its inflation forecast for 2025 from 5.17 percent to 5.1 percent, marking eight weeks of downward adjustment in a row, the country's central bank said Monday. The inflation forecast for 2026 was reduced from 4.5 to 4.45 percent, the bank added.
