MAGNITOGORSK. Russia, July 16 (RIA Novosti) - Measures to support the increase in the birth rate in Russia are insufficient, Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Wednesday. "Although, to be honest, we must admit that the support measures [to increase the birth rate] that have now been implemented are still not enough, I believe that this is not enough," Putin said during a conversation with employees of the Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works......
