ANKARA, July 16 (RIA Novosti) - The Turkish Central Bank plans to lower the interest rate by 2.5-3 percentage points on July 24, the Turkiye newspaper reported on Wednesday, citing Turkish Finance Minister Mehmet Simsek. The decision is expected to be taken at the Monetary Policy Committee's meeting, the paper said.
