MOSCOW, July 14 (RIA Novosti) - South Korean Oceans Minister nominee Chun Jae-soo has announced his intention to move the ministry's headquarters to the city of Busan, confirming authorities’ preparations for the expansion of shipping routes in the Arctic, the Yonhap news agency reported on Monday.
