MOSCOW, July 14 (RIA Novosti) - Eight people have been detained in the Spanish city of Torre-Pacheco in the autonomous community of Murcia after mass clashes involving locals, migrants and radicals, the Spanish Civil Guard told RIA Novosti on Monday.
