MOSCOW, July 12 (RIA Novosti) - The air temperature in the center of Moscow has reached 36.1 degrees Celsius (96.98 degrees Fahrenheit) on Saturday, breaking the record of 1903, a leading forecaster at the Phobos weather center, Evgeny Tishkovets, told RIA Novosti​​​.
