MOSCOW, July 12 (RIA Novosti) - The US Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) did not answer nearly two-thirds of the thousands of helpline calls from Texas flood victims due to staffing shortages at call centers, as contracts were not renewed in time, the New York Times reported, citing sources. The agency had fired hundreds of employees at call centers on July 5 because reportedly the Department of Homeland Security did not renew contracts......
