MOSCOW, July 12 (RIA Novosti) - The memorandum signed in 2022 between Russia and the UN on the export of Russian agricultural products and fertilizers will not be extended after July 22, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Vershinin said on Saturday.
