Putin Leads Moral Standard Rating Among Russians – Poll

MOSCOW, July 9 (RIA Novosti) - Russian President Vladimir Putin has topped the public rating of moral standards for Russians, with 21% of citizens naming him the "conscience of the nation," a survey by the Russian Public Opinion Research Center (VCIOM) showed on Wednesday.
