MOSCOW, July 9 (RIA Novosti) - The German Embassy in Russia issued an apology on Wednesday for sharing an incorrect image of the Soviet flag, saying it had no intention of causing offense. "Yesterday’s publication about Germany’s division into four occupation zones in 1945 used a map with incorrect data.
