Hamburg (dpa) - Despite a heatwave that pushed temperatures close to 40 degrees Celsius in some parts of Germany, interest in purchasing an air conditioner appears to have declined, a recent survey showed. Around one in seven people plan to buy an air conditioner, according to an online survey conducted during the first three days of July, when it was very hot in Germany.
