Uganda selects 19-member team for African U18/U20 athletics championships in Nigeria

KAMPALA, July 8 (Xinhua) -- Uganda Athletics (UA) has selected a team of 19 members for the Confederation of African Athletics (CAA) African U18/U20 Championships to be held in Abeokuta, Nigeria from July 16 to 20. UA president Dominic Otuchet told Xinhua on Tuesday that the team includes eight male and 11 female athletes. "We are confident that the junior team we have selected has what it takes to win as many medals during the championship......
