MOSCOW, July 9 (RIA Novosti) - The United Kingdom and Europe are moving away from the idea of deploying troops to Ukraine and plan to focus instead on boosting Kiev’s defense industry, The Telegraph newspaper reported, citing diplomatic sources. "What we need now is to continue to supply arms to Ukraine so that it can defend itself and, hand in hand with that, to continue to pressure Russia to start serious negotiations," a diplomatic source told......
