ISTANBUL, July 8 (RIA Novosti) - A Turkish court has arrested the mayor of the city of Manavgat, Niyazi Kara, and Adana mayor Zeydan Karalar, both on corruption-related charges, Turkish newspaper Sabah reported on Tuesday.
