YEKATERINBURG, Russia, July 7 (RIA Novosti) - Negotiations between India and the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) on the free trage area agreement are in an active phase, Russian Trade Representative in India Andrey Sobolev told RIA Novosti on Monday.
