MOSCOW, July 6 (RIA Novosti) - The United States warns trade partners that if no progress is made in negotiations, tariffs introduced on April 2 will be applied to them starting August 1, US Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent said on Sunday. "[US] President [Donald] Trump is going to be sending letters to some of our trading partners saying that if you do not move things along, then on August 1, you will boomerang back to your April 2 tariff level.......
