RIO DE JANEIRO, July 6 (Xinhua) -- Colombia and Uzbekistan have joined the New Development Bank (NDB), expanding the membership of the multilateral lender commonly known as the BRICS Bank, the institution's president, Dilma Rousseff, announced here Saturday.
