Berlin (dpa) - Germany's parliament on Thursday approved one-year extensions of the Bundeswehr's foreign deployments in Kosovo and Lebanon, maintaining its contributions to long-running NATO and UN peacekeeping missions. In Kosovo, the Bundeswehr remains part of the NATO-led Kosovo Force (KFOR), tasked with supporting the establishment of a stable, civilian-led peace and maintaining public order.
