OTJIWARONGO, 26 JUN (NAMPA) – The two newly elected constituency councillors of Otjiwarongo and Grootfontein were sworn in on Thursday.
Paulus Nekundi of the Otjiwarongo Constituency and Nelao Amagulu of the Grootfontein Constituency were sworn in by Magistrate Billy Lutaka at the Otjozondjupa Regional Council Chambers in Otjiwarongo.
