Berlin (dpa) - The German government has reached an agreement with the country's 16 federal states on a massive stimulus package for the country's struggling economy. Olaf Lies, the premier of the northern state of Lower Saxony, told broadcaster ZDF on Tuesday that a deal has been reached on a raft of measures intended to relieve the tax burden on German companies.
