Russia's Putin Insists on Neutral, Non-Aligned, Non-Nuclear Status for Ukraine

BEIRUT, June 21 (RIA Novosti) - Russian President Vladimir Putin has said in an interview to Sky News Arabia that Ukraine should be neutral, non-aligned and non-nuclear.
