2 men arrested over separate attempts to import cocaine into Sydney

SYDNEY, June 21 (Xinhua) -- Two men are facing life imprisonment after being charged by Australian authorities over separate attempts to import cocaine into Sydney. The Australian Federal Police (AFP) said in a statement on Saturday that a 40-year-old man from inner-Sydney was arrested on Friday after allegedly attempting to possess 30 kg of cocaine that was imported by a transnational drug trafficking syndicate.
