KATIMA MULILO, 15 JUN (NAMPA) – The Electoral Commission of Namibia (ECN) on Sunday began its deployment of 127 polling officials from Katima Mulilo to the Kabbe South Constituency at Nakabolelwa, ahead of the scheduled by-elections in the constituency on Tuesday.
