CAIRO, June 8 (RIA Novosti) - More than 400,000 refugees have returned to Syria from neighboring countries after former Syrian President Bashar Assad was ousted last December, a spokesman for the Syrian General Authority for Land and Sea Ports, Mazen Alloush, said on Sunday.
