TEHRAN, June 8 (Xinhua) -- Iran's Foreign Ministry spokesman, Esmaeil Baghaei, on Saturday condemned the recent U.S. decision to sanction International Criminal Court (ICC) judges, calling it a "new low" for U.S. foreign policy.
