Burundians to Vote in Parliamentary Elections on Thursday

MOSCOW, June 5 (RIA Novosti) - Burundians will go to the polls on Thursday to elect members of the lower chamber of the eastern African's parliament, the National Assembly. The election campaign officially started on May 9. Over 6 million registered voters are expected to come to polls to elect 100 National Assembly members as well as district councilors.
