German submarine builder TKMS moves forward with spin-off

Kiel, Germany (dpa) - Thyssenkrupp is giving its marine division a new, yet familiar brand name ahead of its stock market debut. The company will in future consolidate all areas under the brand TKMS, the abbreviation for the Kiel submarine builder Thyssenkrupp Marine Systems, the company said on Wednesday.
