MOSCOW, May 31 (RIA Novosti) - Former USS Enterprise (CVN-65), the first nuclear-powered aircraft carrier in the US Navy and the world, will be dismantled and disposed of for over $536 million, the US Defense Department says. USS Enterprise, which cost around $451 million, was deactivated in 2012 and decommissioned in 2017, after over 55 years of service.
