BEIJING, May 21 (Xinhua) -- China's Ministry of Commerce on Wednesday called the U.S. attempt to globally ban advanced Chinese computing chips a typical move of "unilateral bullying and protectionism" that seriously undermines the global semiconductor industrial and supply chains.
