MOSCOW, May 21 (RIA Novosti) - NATO expects the Netherlands to spend an additional 16-19 billion euros ($18-21.4 billion) on defense and to increase its military personnel by 18,000 servicemen, Dutch Defense Minister Ruben Brekelmans said.
