Stock markets rebounded Tuesday following losses fuelled by US debt worries, with sentiment boosted by China cutting interest rates to historic lows and hopes of a Russia-Ukraine ceasefire. In Germany, the Frankfurt DAX index topped 24,000 points for the first time, while Paris and London also gained in early afternoon deals.
