Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva called on Friday to strengthen his country's "strategic partnership" with Russia in a meeting with Vladimir Putin in the Kremlin. Lula also slammed Donald Trump's tariffs during his trip to Moscow, where he was marking 80 years since the defeat of Nazi Germany alongside some two dozen other world leaders.
