MOSCOW, May 5 (RIA Novosti) - Russia's Federal Security Service (FSB) said on Monday that call centers operated by 10 Russian citizens were used by the Ukrainian special services to organize terrorist attacks in Russia. Earlier in the day, the FSB said that it had detained 10 people who provided the operation of SIM boxes, adding that the organizer has fled to the UAE.
