MOSCOW, May 1 (RIA Novosti) - A correspondent of Russian broadcaster RT, Chay Bowes, who flew to Romania to cover the presidential election in the country, has been detained upon arrival in Bucharest, a representative of the broadcaster told RIA Novosti on Thursday.
