Mercedes-Benz to build another model at US plant

Frankfurt (dpa) - The car manufacturer Mercedes-Benz is planning to build another model at its US plant in light of the US import tariffs imposed by US President Donald Trump. From 2027, a new vehicle in the core mid-size segment tailored for the US market is to be produced in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, Mercedes said on Thursday.
