MOSCOW, April 30 (RIA Novosti) - The deficit of the Russian budget in 2025 will increase to 3.8 trillion rubles ($44.3 billion), or 1.7% of gross domestic product (GDP), while revenues will decrease to 38.506 trillion rubles, the Russian Finance Ministry said on Wednesday.
